This program covers the coaching approach to management systems implementation, focusing on individual coaching and team coaching. The program includes typical methods and formats for documenting management systems, as well as consulting strategies for the effective implementation of a management system based on the requirements of ISO management standards.

Methodology
Online Phase : 8 hours are completed through online independent study. The student must read and become familiar with the material before attending the instructor-led portion. This is facilitated through online presentations summarizing the subject matter. 100% of the modules must be viewed by the student to be accepted into the instructor-led portion. Concepts learned during this phase will be reviewed and assessed during in-person workshops.
Distance Learning Phase : This is a blended program consisting of 8 hours completed through independent online study and 8 hours (1 day) completed on-site to review concepts learned online and participate in document development workshops. There is also an implementation project assignment following completion of the in-person workshop.
Duration
24 hours = 8 hours online + 16 hours on site (2 days).
Prerequisites
To attend this program, the participant must have completed the Management System Standard Foundation Course as well as the Training Foundation Program.
Before attending the program, participants must obtain their own official copy of the ISO standards through their national standards body or by visiting iso.ch
Note: Fundamentals courses are not within the scope of ANSI accreditation.
Requirements
- Provide evidence (Certificate) of having completed the Foundation Course for the management system standard
- Pay the program fee
- Complete the 4-hour online session covering documentation and implementation theory
- Attend 100% of on-site review conferences (in person or remote)
- Successfully complete on-site workshop sessions for documentation. Instructor will evaluate performance. (In-person or remote)
- Successfully complete the on-site workshop sessions for the Coaching Principles Applied to a Management System. The student must obtain a minimum approval of 70%. (In-person or remote)
- Complete the post-program online implementation project assignment (performance will be evaluated by the instructor). At the end of the on-site phase of the course, the student will have 7 calendar days to complete the implementation project and submit it via email, according to the instructions provided by the training area.
