Welcome to www.qsiglobalventures.com, the QSI website (“the Company,” “we”). The following policy governs payments, cancellations, and refunds related to our training, certification, and auditing services in ISO standards and regulations.

1. Payments

Once the course payment has been made, the participant must notify the training area by email.


If the participant requires an invoice to be issued, it must be requested at the time of the payment notice, indicating the data for its preparation.

2. Cancellations

Participants who decide not to attend the course (Participation Cancellations) in its face-to-face phase must send a written notification of withdrawal by email to the training area:


If the Participation Cancellation notification is received 7 calendar days prior to the course start date, the amount already paid will be charged a $100 administrative fee.
If the Participation Cancellation notice is received less than 7 calendar days prior to the course start date, the participant will be responsible for the full price of the course and will not be refunded.


If the participant does not attend the course and has not made any notification of their absence (Participation Cancellations) to the training area, the payment made will not be refunded. Likewise, it does not apply to the consideration of your deposit for future dates, courses, or events, as this is not considered a credit balance.

3. Replacements

In cases where the student cannot attend, substitutes are allowed, or they may receive credit for a future course.

In cases where the participant decides to send a substitute, they must notify the training area at least 5 days in advance, in writing, via email, indicating the data of the person who will replace them.

4. Quorum

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, QSI will refund 100% of the payment made by the participant. The participant has the option to opt for a credit for a future course.

5. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately. We recommend that you review this policy regularly.
