Fundamentals of FSSC/ISO 22000:2018 – Food Safety Management Systems
This is a basic course that is ideal for anyone interested in learning about the purpose of FSSC/ISO 22000:2018 and how to apply its principles and requirements to establish, implement and operate a food safety management system based on FSSC/ISO 22000:2018.
This course can be delivered online or on-site, and is typically a precursor module to the Auditor, Lead Auditor, Consultant and/or Coach courses for FSSC/ISO 22000:2018.

- Workshop that relates HACCP with the Management System Principles related to FSSC / ISO 22000:2018 where participants learn to apply the HACCP principles within the framework of the FSSC / ISO 22000:2018 requirements, identifying hazards, assessing risks and establishing appropriate control measures.
